Keto Donuts
These donuts are flour free, nut free, and dairy free!
They can be frosted with Chocolate Ganache, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar topping, or eaten plain.
They are amazing and extremely low carb.
I made these in honor of my Dad’s heavenly birthday – he loved donuts and would have been 102 this year.

Keto Donuts - Dairy, Nut, and Flour free
These amazing keto donuts are dairy free, nut free, and flour free - and they are absolutely delish!

Ingredients
- 6 eggs separated
- 62 grams powdered xylitol or sweetener of your choice
- 30 grams egg white powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp gelatin
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, beat egg whites until they form a stiff peak
- In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks until light and pale
- Gradually add the powdered sweetener while continuing to beat until mixture becomes light and cream colored
- Add the vanilla, gelatin, and egg white powder and beat until completely mixed.
- Gradually fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until they are completely incorporated
- Spoon dough into silicone donut pans
- Bake at 350 F for 15 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool before removing them from the donut pan
- You can eat them plain or frost with Chocolate Ganache
Notes
You can frost with Chocolate Ganache, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar while warm, or just eat plain.
