Keto Calzone with PSMF bread

This amazing calzone with satisfy all your cravings - it is made with PSMF Egg White dough.

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites 210 grams liquid egg whites
  • 27 grams egg white powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic /powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • pinch salt
  • 36 grams salami 3 slices
  • 53 grams provolone 3 slices
  • 60 grams mozzarella 3 slices

Instructions

  • Combine egg white powder,spices gelatin, and egg whites in a small bowl
  • Beat to stiff peak with hand or stand mixer
  • Place parchment paper on baking sheet
  • With half of the egg white mixture, make 3 rounds on the parchment paper
  • Place salami and cheeses on the rounds
  • Cover with the remaining egg whte mixture and seal the edges so the cheese does not melt out
  • Bake in 350 F oven for 20-30 minutes
  • Remove from oven and enjoy!

      I weigh all my ingredients since weight is more accurate. I use grams because it is more granular. Any food scale will have grams as well as ounces
