Baked Brie

Baked Brie – a great appetizer for any gathering.

Pre-Keto, I would get a small round loaf of bread and bake brie in it.  We would them dip in the scooped out bread in the brie – absolutely amazing.

I make PSMF onion or garlic bread often and I had this bright idea to bake brie in the Garlic Bread!

I wasn’t quite sure how it would come out – but I LOVED it!

I made a Focaccia in addition to the baked brie and we used that to dip into the brie – OMG it was amazing!!!

Everyone will love this – even if they are not keto/low carb.

Baked Brie in Protein Bread

I baked the brie in PSMF garlic bread along with a Garlic Focaccia and it was absolutely divine!
Using the PSMF bread made it light and not too filling. The brie was nice and creamy. This is clean keto, nut free, gluten free, sugar free, and oh so good!

I did not calculate serving size because it is an appetizer and portions may vary.
