PSMF Focaccia

For the day after Thanksgiving, I wanted a real turkey sandwich, one I could wrap my hands around.

I love my PSMF Garlic Bread but the slices are not very big which is fine most of the time.

Sometimes I just want a big sandwich!

I decided to try making a focaccia.

It was great and I had my turkey sandwich!  I also used it as a bun for my burger.

I love the Egg Yolk Waffles for burger buns, but they are very filling.  Using the focaccia for the bun  was perfect!

I’m very much interested in trying this recipe and never used egg white powder. What brand do you use and is it just egg whites?

    • KNAdmin says:

The egg white powders I use are just egg whites. I have used Judees brand on Amazon and Now brand I buy on Wellevate
