Tangy Keto BBQ Sauce

This BBQ sauce is very easy to make and delicious.

Gather all the ingredients and place in a blender.

Blend until all ingredients are incorporated and liquid
Transfer to a saucepan.


Bring to a boil then simmer until thickened – about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how thick you like it.


Transfer to a jar and store until needed.

Tangy Keto BBQ Sauce

This BBQ sauce is a little spicy with a hint of sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can diced tomatoes I used fire roasted
  • 1/4 tsp stevia glycerite can use sweetener of your choice
  • 1 tsp maple extract
  • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder can use fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper more or less to taste

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until mixed and liquid
  • Transfer to saucepan
  • Bring to boil then simmer.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour until significantly thickened
  • Transfer to jar for storage - store in refrigerator
  • A serving is 2 TBS and there are 12 servings per recipe
