Sugar Free Blueberry Jam

Sometimes I miss having jelly or jam on my Cinnamon Bread

I decided to make some Blueberry Jam – it is a jam since I crush the berries.

Had to look up the difference between Jam and Jelly.

All I did was thaw some frozen wild blueberries (I used Wyman’s).

Once thawed, I placed in my blender and blended until it was all liquid.

After blending, I placed in a small saucepan and cooked on very low until it reduced.  It became thicker than I had expected.

I was planning on adding some gelatin to make it thick, but just the berries became thick enough for jam.

I had not had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich in over 8 years.   I usually do not eat peanut butter, but had to make an exception.

It was so good made with my Cinnamon Bread, peanut butter, and this blueberry jam!

Sugar Free Blueberry Jam

This is a great 'jam' recipe that used no sugar or sugar replacements. It is just blueberries blended then reduced to a jam consistency. Great with peanut butter for a keto / low carb PB&J
