Meatza Pizza
I love and miss pizza.
I needed to find a pizza crust that did not have dairy or nut flours.
I now make my pizza with a meat crust. I have used ground beef and ground chicken, but my favorite crust is made with my Sugar Free Sausage.
I bought a couple of deep dish pizza pans to make my meatza in. You can also use a cast iron skillet that can be used in the oven.
This can be made carnivore by eliminating the tomato sauce.
I can be dairy free by eliminating the cheese – or by using a dairy free cheese.
It tastes soooo good! It satisfies the pizza cravings.
