Keto Salsa
I needed some Salsa and I had a hard time finding ready made Salsa that did not have added sugar.
I decided to make my own – and it was delicious!
I used my food processor (I have a small one) so you can make it as chunky or smooth as you want.
You can also adjust the heat by choosing a mild or hot jalapeno. You can add more or less to suit your taste.
I did not want a completely smooth salsa, so I diced my onion, garlic, and jalapeno before adding to the food processor.
Keto Salsa
Delicious chunky salsa with no added sugars

Ingredients
- 15 ounce can whole or diced tomatoes
- 1/2 diced jalapeno more or less to taste
- 1/4 diced onion I used red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 TBS lime juice can use bottled or fresh
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Instructions
- Dice the jalapeno, onion, and garlic
- Add all ingredients to a food processor
- Pulse until you have the desired consistency - how chunky to you like it.
- Pour into bowl and top with more cilantro if you wish.
