Keto Salsa
Delicious chunky salsa with no added sugars

- 15 ounce can whole or diced tomatoes
- 1/2 diced jalapeno more or less to taste
- 1/4 diced onion I used red onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 TBS lime juice can use bottled or fresh
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup cilantro
Dice the jalapeno, onion, and garlic
Add all ingredients to a food processor
Pulse until you have the desired consistency - how chunky to you like it.
Pour into bowl and top with more cilantro if you wish.
