Keto Cole Slaw with Mayo
It’s summertime which means summer parties.
It is the time for cook-outs (North East) or BBQ (South) and what better way to stay keto than to bring cole slaw.
This cole slaw recipe is mayonnaise base and is made with my home made mayo.
Whenever I bring this to a party, everyone loves it and no one even suspects it is clean keto.
Keto Cole Slaw with Mayo
This Cole Slaw is clean keto yet everyone loves it. No need to mention that it is keto - no one needs to know. It is great for cook-outs, bbq's, or any gathering.

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp caraway seed or celery seed
- 16 oz cole slaw mix
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients except cabbage (cole slaw)
- Pour dressing over cabbage and mix well
- Enjoy!
Notes
I usually mix the cole slaw dressing and use whatever I need for the amount of cabbage I have. You may need more or less.
