Keto Cole Slaw – no mayo

Cole Slaw is a great side dish to bring to any cook-out or BBQ.

If the weather is really hot and the gathering will be out doors, you may not want to risk bringing a mayo based cole slaw.

I make this cole slaw often – it has no may and is made with olive oil and vinegar.  No need to hesitate bringing this dish to a gathering.

Keto Cole Slaw - no mayo

This cole slaw is made with oil and vinegar so it can be taken to any warm weather gathering. It is clean keto / low carb and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup rice wine vinegar can use any vinegar
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp caraway seeds or celery seeds
  • 16 oz cole slaw mix

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients except cole slaw mix.
  • Pour dressing over cole slaw mixture
  • Enjoy!
