Goat Cheese Frosting
We try to be dairy free, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out.
If we do have dairy – we prefer to have goat or sheep dairy.
When cream cheese frosting is called for in a recipe, I usually make goat cheese frosting instead.
It is creamy and delicious!
Keto Goat Cheese Frosting
This is a clean keto frosting that can be used instead of cream cheese frosting. I use it for carrot cake, pumpkin bread, and pumpkin rolls

Ingredients
- 8 oz goat cheese (chevre) softened
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 59 grams mayonnaise about 1/4 cup
- 59 grams coconut milk about 1/4 cup
- 35 grams xylitol (powdered) can us any sweetener
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Mix with a hand mixer until smooth frosting
- Top your favorite cake
