Gingerbread PSMF Bread
I wanted to make gingerbread since it is the gingerbread time of year.
I made Gingerbread Spice Mix and used that in my Precision PSMF bread instead of cinnamon.
It was absolutely amazing and great for a Precision PSMF treat.
PSMF Gingerbread
This Gingerbread tastes amazing and is a great treat for Precision PSMF days!

Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 27 grams egg white powder
- 1 tsp gelatin
- liquid stevia I used maple flavored
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice 1-2 tsp per your taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl.
- Whip to stiff peaks
- Place egg white mixture in a loaf pan
- Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
- Turn oven off and let bread sit in oven for 30 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool
- Slice when cool - or refrigerate for a day then slice. The bread will be softer.
Notes
You can use more or less gingerbread spice mix to your liking.
I usually put the cooled loaves of bread in a plastic bag and refrigerate over night before slicing.
