PSMF Gingerbread
This Gingerbread tastes amazing and is a great treat for Precision PSMF days!

Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl or stand mixer bowl.
Whip to stiff peaks
Place egg white mixture in a loaf pan
Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
Turn oven off and let bread sit in oven for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
Slice when cool - or refrigerate for a day then slice. The bread will be softer.
You can use more or less gingerbread spice mix to your liking.
I usually put the cooled loaves of bread in a plastic bag and refrigerate over night before slicing.
