Dairy Free Pumpkin Ice Cream
I love pumpkin. It is now pumpkin everything time of year.
I decided to try making a Dairy Free Keto Pumpkin Ice Cream.
I wasn’t quite sure how it would turn out or how the pumpkin would impact the creaminess of the ice cream.
It was amazing!!

It is clean keto and dairy free!
This would be great for Thanksgiving, Halloween, or just any time during the fall.
Dairy Free Keto Pumpkin Ice Cream
This is a delicious creamy pumpkin treat that is great for Thanksgiving, Halloween, and fall treats.It is dairy free and clean keto.There is a great pumpkin taste with the pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice added.Your whole family will love this!

Ingredients
- 1 can coconut cream
- 50 grams xylitol or allulose
- 2 drops stevia glycerite
- 95 grams pumpkin about 1/2 cup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 6 egg yolks
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until well mixed and the sweetener is incorporated
- Start your ice cream maker
- Process according to the instructins of your unit
- Store in freezer
Notes
You can use allulose instead of xylitol for ice cream.
If you have pets and are using xylitol, be extremely careful as it can be deadly to dogs espcecially.
