Keto Bang Bang Sauce

I had never had Bang Bang Sauce but the local restaurant here always has Bang Bang Shrimp as a special.

I never ordered it because the server would say it is sweet and I never order sweet food.

So – I decided to make my own keto version.

It does taste good and the sweetness and spiciness can be adjusted to your personal taste.

Keto Bang Bang Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce
  • 2 tsp siracha or any hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • liquid stevia or any liquid sweetener

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
  • Whisk until all ingredients are incorporated
  • Refrigerate until use
