Keto Salmon Cakes

I love Crab Cakes but Crab can be a little expensive.

I bought some canned Salmon and made Salmon Cakes – they are delicious!

If you can find canned salmon that is skinless and boneless, that would be the best option, but I have not been able to find that lately.

It is not difficult to remove the skin and hard bones from the canned salmon so don’t let that stop you from making this.
