Keto Salmon Cakes
These Salmon cakes are clean keto and low carb. There are no fillers, just salmon. without the onion, they are also a great carnivore dish.

- 30 oz canned salmon 2 cans
- 3 eggs
- 40 grams chopped onion can omit
- 3/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1.5 tsp dried dill can use fresh
- 1.5 tsp pepper
- pinch salt
Remove the skin and bones from the canned salmon, unless you have skinless and boneless. I cannot find skinless and boneless
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
Once all ingredients are well combined, form into patties. I weigh our 4 ounce patties and it makes 7.
Fry salmon patties for 4-5 minutes on each side.
I fry in bacon grease, but you can use any keto approved fat.
Top with ginger dill sauce or Keto Bang Bang Sauce
