So what it the Big Fat Lie about Keto and Protein Sparing Modified fast?

It comes in 3 parts: 
1. Fear of saturated fats has been completely reversed that's to many phenomenal researchers
2. High fat and low carb Keto is really not  only not necessary but arguably not recommended unless you have epilepsy 
3. The fat you use cannot be processed omega 6 oils.

    Good recommendation reg. fats.

    But eating whole plants may it be seeds like flaxseeds or nuts is as good as eating whole vegetables the whole is better for your body then only eating one part of the plant seed or nut. Go organic plant based together with exercise and meditation and you will get a bulletproof immunity against almost anything.
