Sugar Free Jello

I miss Jello, especially during the hot summer months.

It has been really hot and humid here in NC lately and I don’t want to eat Dairy Free Keto Ice Cream all the time.

I also do PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast) 3 days a week and would like a treat now and then.

So I made sugar free ‘Jello’ that is clean Keto and it tastes amazing!!

I used elderberry tea but any fruit flavored tea would be great.

It is perfect for hot summer nights and an excellent treat for kids at all times and for all ages.  It is better than the sugar laden Jello and no artificial sweeteners!

You can add berries to it or top it with whipped cream or whipped coconut cream for dairy free

Sugar Free Jello

Great summer treat that even the kids will love.
It is clean keto and virtually no carbs.
This will be great with added berries and whipped cream.
Easy to make and takes less than 10 minutes.
It can be used as a dessert or just a mid-day treat.
It is sugar free and has no artificial sweeteners

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 herbal tea bags
  • 4 drops liquid stevia
  • 1 TBS gelatin I used Great Lakes Orange Canister

Instructions

  • Place tea bags in small bowl
  • Boil 2 cups water
  • Pour boiled water over tea bags and steep for 8-10 minutes
  • Remove tea bags
  • Add a few drops of stevia to taste
  • Sprinkle gelatin over tea mixture and let sit for 3 minutes
  • Whisk the gelatin in the tea mixture
  • Refrigerate and enjoy!
