PSMF Focaccia
For the day after Thanksgiving, I wanted a real turkey sandwich, one I could wrap my hands around.
I love my PSMF Garlic Bread but the slices are not very big which is fine most of the time.
Sometimes I just want a big sandwich!
I decided to try making a focaccia.
It was great and I had my turkey sandwich! I also used it as a bun for my burger.
I love the Egg Yolk Waffles for burger buns, but they are very filling. Using the focaccia for the bun was perfect!

I’m very much interested in trying this recipe and never used egg white powder. What brand do you use and is it just egg whites?
The egg white powders I use are just egg whites. I have used Judees brand on Amazon and Now brand I buy on Wellevate
After freezing, what is the best way to defrost for sandwiches?
you can take them out ahead of time and defrost on counter – I usually toast mine in a toaster
I have Great Lakes Grassfed Beef Gelatin… will that work, or is Knox better for this?
Great Lakes gelatin is fine – I use it often
Hi,
Mine turned out like styrofoam. Very dry. What did I do wrong?
Need to list size of pan/baking dish, as they come n MANY sizes
the pan size does not matter since it is free form, but i believe I used a quarter sheet pan
