PSMF Caramel Corn
After making the PSMF Keto Popcorn, I decided to try a few different varieties.
Someone in our Precision PSMF group made Caramel Popcorn from the recipe, so I decided to try making some myself.
My recipe is a little different than hers, but OH MY! is it good!
The whole recipe has 2 grams of carbs so it is virtually carb free since you don’t eat the whole thing!
Keto Caramel Corn - PSMF
This great PSMF treat is very low carb. It tastes just like caramel corn but it is clean keto and approved for Precision PSMF days! A great low carb snack.

I was wondering if they won’t taste more like caramel-meringues than popcorn… How can you reach a really satisfying crunchy consistence? Following the video, I can’t get it, but I’d like to try again…
to reach the crunchy consistency, you either have to bake them a little longer and let cool in the oven.
Every oven is different.
