Protein Sparing Banana Bread
I love my sweet protein sparing egg white breads and I have tried several flavors.

Banana Protein Sparing Bread
This Banana Protein Sparing Bread is amazing and perfect for Precision PSMF days or any day!
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 27 grams egg white powder
- 1 tsp gelatin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp banana extract
- vanilla stevia
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, combine the egg whites, egg white powder, and the gelatin
- Whip the egg whites to a stiff peak, can take up to 6 minutes
- Just before the egg whites are at a stiff peak, add the cinnamon and banana extract and continue beating
- Pour into loaf pan and bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
- Turn off oven and let the loaf cool for at least 1 hour even better over night
- Once completely cooled, remove from oven and place loaf in zip lock plastic bag and refrigerate until use.
