Pesto Salmon

I absolutely love salmon – made it all the time when we lived in Seattle.

Of course, the Salmon was amazing in the Pacific Northwest!

I still make salmon when I can find wild caught.  I do not eat farm raised – the taste is just not the same for me.

I make my own Pesto which is just olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil.  It tastes so clean and refreshing.  Most store bought pesto has non-optimal ingredients.

Top Salmon with Pesto

Grill or bake for 7 minutes.  DO NOT OVER COOK or it will be dry and not very tasty.

You may not think it is cooked – but believe me it is!

When I bake, I bake at 350 F for 7 minutes.

Oh so yummy!
