Pepperoni Chips

Sometimes you just need a crunchy little treat.

When we go on a road trip, I like to prepare snack foods for us.

For some reason, road trips make me hungry.

Here is a tasty snack that is both keto and carnivore.

take some sliced pepperoni ( try to find the cleanest keto brand you can)

Place on a rack over a baking sheet

 

Bake in a 400 F oven for8-9 minutes

Let cool and enjoy!

To store and keep crisp, place in zip storage bag with a paper towel.
