Keto Hamburger Stroganoff
I used to love Hamburger Stroganoff before I started eating Keto. I made a stroganoff that is clean keto and can be carnivore.
Traditionally, stroganoff is served over egg noodles which are not keto so I serve this over my egg yolk crepes sliced to resemble noodles. They work even better than regular noodles!
Topped with a dollop of sour cream – this stroganoff is delicious!
I made this in my slow cooker, but you can saute the ingredients and combine just before serving.

Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 60 grams chopped onion
- 68 grams sliced mushroom
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/3 cup sourcream
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a slow cooker (except sour cream)
- Cook on low for 4 hours
- Add sour cream and serve
Notes
If you do not have a slow cooker, you can saute the ingredients and combine before serving.
Can be dairy free if you don't use sour cream
