Keto Cinnamon Crunch

Sometimes I just want a sweet snack without having to make a big batch or cake.

This Cinnamon Crunch is made with Pork Rinds, cinnamon, and Better Stevia English Toffee sweetener.  You can use any sweetener you want but I prefer the Better Stevia flavored.

I get my Better Stevia from Wellevate – the website we use to buy all of our supplements and many other products.   You need to be referred by a health practitioner so if you want to check it out, here is Dr. Karl’s link.  Yes, he does get a small referral fee, but the prices are very good – usually less than if you bought them elsewhere.

For the Better Stevia, Wellevate usually  has more variety than elsewhere.

In a zip lock bag, I added melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and the sweetener.

After combining those ingredients, I added the pork rinds and made sure they all were coated with the coconut oil mixture.

Placed in a bowl and enjoyed them!
