Keto Cinnamon Crunch

This Keto Cinnamon Crunch can be eaten as a snack or with milk for a cereal replacement. It is dairy free, gluten free, nut free, and sugar free. It is absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces pork rinds
  • 1/4 tsp Better Stevia English Toffee can use any sweetener to taste
  • 1 tsp cinnamon more or less to taste
  • 13 grams melted coconut oil 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  • Combine melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and sweetener in a zip lock bag and combine
  • Add pork rinds to coconut oil mixture
  • Coat all pork rinds
  • Place in bowl and enjoy!

Notes

You can vary the amount of cinnamon and sweetener to your taste.
Some people might like it sweeter than others.
You can use any sweetener - granular, liquid, or powdered.
