Keto Chocolate Mug Cake

This easy Chocolate Mug Cake is clean keto and very low carb. It is nut free, sugar free, and gluten free - the perfect dessert! It is one serving so very easy to make for yourself.

Ingredients

  • 1 TBS cocao powder
  • 1 TBS powdered xylitol or any keto approved sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBS mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp egg white powder
  • 1/8 tsp gelatin

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a microwave safe mug
  • Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated
  • Microwave for 1 minute
  • Let it cool a bit because it will be very hot
  • Enjoy!
