Keto 7 Layer Dip

I used to love making and eating 7 Layer Dip years ago.

Since beans are not a keto approved food, I decided to substitute ground beef for the beans.

It is absolutely delicious – it can be brought to any gathering and you don’t have to say it is keto!

Everyone will love it.

Keto 7 Layer Dip

This keto version of 7 Layer Dip is so good! Everyone will love it and you don't have to say it is keto! Great for cook outs, BBQ, and football parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tsp taco seasoning
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup guacamole
  • 4 oz shreddedcheese
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup diced red onion
  • 1 diced jalapeno
  • 3 oz sliced black olives 1 small can

Instructions

  • In a frying pan, cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning - breaking into small pieces. Drain when cooked
  • In an 8X8 baking dish, start layering the ingredients
  • First layer the ground beef, top with sour cream
  • Next add the guacamole and shredded cheese
  • Next layer on the diced tomatoes, and red onion
  • Lastly add the jalapeno and sliced olived
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

The amounts can be varied to your liking.
I think bacon bits would be a good layer to add.
You can add and subtract layers to your liking
