- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup guacamole
- 4 oz shreddedcheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/3 cup diced red onion
- 1 diced jalapeno
- 3 oz sliced black olives 1 small can
In a frying pan, cook the ground beef with the taco seasoning - breaking into small pieces. Drain when cooked
In an 8X8 baking dish, start layering the ingredients
First layer the ground beef, top with sour cream
Next add the guacamole and shredded cheese
Next layer on the diced tomatoes, and red onion
Lastly add the jalapeno and sliced olived
Serve and enjoy!
The amounts can be varied to your liking.
I think bacon bits would be a good layer to add.
