It can be made with butter or dairy free if made with bacon grease.

This delicious hollandaise sauce can be made with butter or can be dair free is made with bacon grease. It is so easy to make in a blender

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 TBS lemon juice
- 113 grams bacon grease or butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Melt bacon grease
- In a blender on high speed, blend the egg yolks, lemon juice, and salt untl they are light in color
- Lower the speed and drizzle in the melted fat
- Enjoy over eggs!
