Garlic Onion Oregano Bread

I keep trying new versions of my basic egg white bread and this time I made Garlic Onion Oregano Bread.

I have this bread every day for lunch – very low carb and just 1 gram of protein.

I use it to make a sandwich and it is very good.

Garlic Onion Oregano Egg White Bread

This bread is great for PSMF (Protein Sparing Modified Fast) or even if you are just Keto or Carnivore. Makes great sadwiches. It is moist and fluffy!

Ingredients

  • 6 egg whites
  • 27 grams egg white powder
  • 1 tsp gelatin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Whip to stiff peak using either a stand or had mixer
  • Place egg white mixture in a loaf pan. If you are not using a silicone loaf pan, cover the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 325 F for 35 minutes.
  • After baking for 35 minutes, turn the oven off and leave the bread in the oven for another 30-35 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool completely before slicing
  • Enjoy!
