Dairy Free Strawberry Keto Ice Cream
I had a hankering (I really wanted) some Strawberry Ice Cream.
I don’t normally want this flavor so I just had to make some.
I made my Dairy Free Vanilla Ice Cream
After the ice cream was ready to remove from the ice cream maker, I added my Strawberry Jam
I ran the ice cream maker until all the jam was incorporated.
It was DELICIOUS!!!

Dairy Free Keto Strawberry Ice Cream
This delicious recipe is clean keto and dairy free.

Equipment
- Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
- 15 oz coconut cream I use Thai Kitchen
- 6 egg yolks
- 50 grams xylitol can sub with allulose
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla flavored liquid stevia
- 6 TBS Strawberry puree
Instructions
Strawberry Puree
- To make the strawberry puree (or strawberry jam), thaw strawberries and blend well
- Put blended strawberries in a small sauce pan
- Cook on low heat until reduced about half - from 1-2 hours
- Cool
Ice Cream Base
- Blend all ingredients except strawberry puree until well incorporated
- Place in ice cream maker and process according to manufactures instructions
- When ice cream is ready, add in the strawberry puree and keep processing until well incorporated
- Place in container and freeze until ready to use
Notes
To make ice cream, either xylitol or allulose should be used so it is not rock solid.
If the ice cream is too hard to scoop, place in microwave to 15 seconds and it will be just right
