Cranberry Chutney – Ketofied

I have made Cranberry Chutney every year since Dr Karl and I were married.

After starting Keto, I had to alter my recipe a bit in order to make it Keto Compliant.

It would not be Thanksgiving without my Cranberry Chutney!

Cranberry Chutney - Ketofied

This is an amazing cranberry chutney - just the right amount of sweetness and tartness.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup xylitol
  • 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 cups cranberries

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan
  • Cook for 1/2 hours or until thick and cranberries have 'popped'. Could take longer just wait for it
  • Place in bowl and cool
  • Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated
  • Enjoy!
