Cranberry Chutney - Ketofied
This is an amazing cranberry chutney - just the right amount of sweetness and tartness.

- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups cranberries
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan
Cook for 1/2 hours or until thick and cranberries have 'popped'. Could take longer just wait for it
Place in bowl and cool
Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated
