Cranberry Chutney – Ketofied
I have made Cranberry Chutney every year since Dr Karl and I were married.
After starting Keto, I had to alter my recipe a bit in order to make it Keto Compliant.
It would not be Thanksgiving without my Cranberry Chutney!
Cranberry Chutney - Ketofied
This is an amazing cranberry chutney - just the right amount of sweetness and tartness.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup xylitol
- 2 TBS apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 cups cranberries
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan
- Cook for 1/2 hours or until thick and cranberries have 'popped'. Could take longer just wait for it
- Place in bowl and cool
- Can be made ahead of time and refrigerated
- Enjoy!
