Super Bowl All Meat Keto Chili
I love eating Chili on Super Bowl Sunday.
Here is a Keto / Low Carb friendly chili that I love!
I calculated the macros for 8 servings but you could make 10 servings out of the recipe depending on who is eating this.
You could add chopped green pepper as well, but the macros will change – just calculate to add.
If you are not dairy free, you can top with grated cheese or sour cream.
You can also dip with pork rinds.
Break up ground beef into bite sized pieces
Cut Sausage into bite sized pieces – you can also use ground sausage.
I smoke my chile, but you can use a slow cooker. Directions for both are the same.
Add meat to slow cooker (or pan for smoker).
Mix tomato puree and spices
Add tomato puree and diced tomato to meat mixture.
For slow cooker, cook 4 or more hours.
For smoker – cook 200 degrees for 3 hours

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef broken up into bite sized pieces
- 1 lb pork sausage cut into bite sized pieces
- 2 lb stew meat
- 1/4 cup choppped onion
- 28 oz pureed tomatoes
- 28 oz fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 tsp dried garlic optional
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1/8 cup cumin
- 1 TBS salt
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp garlic powder can use 3 tsp and omit dried garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder or to taste
Instructions
- Blend tomato puree and spices
- If using a slow cooker, add all ingredients to the slow cooker
- Cook for 4 or more hours
- If using a smoker, add all ingredients to pan and place in smoker
- Smoke at 200 for 3 hours
