Super Bowl All Meat Keto Chile

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef broken up into bite sized pieces
  • 1 lb pork sausage cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 lb stew meat
  • 1/4 cup choppped onion
  • 28 oz pureed tomatoes
  • 28 oz fire roasted tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried garlic optional
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/8 cup cumin
  • 1 TBS salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder can use 3 tsp and omit dried garlic
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne powder or to taste

Instructions

  • Blend tomato puree and spices
  • If using a slow cooker, add all ingredients to the slow cooker
  • Cook for 4 or more hours
  • If using a smoker, add all ingredients to pan and place in smoker
  • Smoke at 200 for 3 hours
