Baked Cod
Lean fish is great for Precision PSMF days. Some good fish to use are: cod, haddock, flounder, and even salmon

Ingredients
- 4 oz cod any lean fish
- lemon juice
- salt
- pepper
- spices optional
Instructions
- Place fish on parchment paper lined baking sheet or glass baking dish
- top with lemon juice and spices
- Bake at 350F for 5-10 minutes or until fish flakes - do not overbake so check often
- The fish can be broiled instead of baked just do not overcook
Notes
Good choices of fish are: cod, haddock, flounder, and salmon.
Do not use farm raised fish, only wild caught.
