Ingredients
- 2 cups nuts
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup xylitol or liquid stevia or any sweetener
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp water
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix all ingredients together except egg white and water.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk the egg white and water until foamy
- Add foamy egg white into nut mixture
- Coat all the nuts evenly
- Pour onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Spread nuts out to form 1 layer
- Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes stirring after 10 minutes
- Let cool and store in airtight container

You can use any combination of seeds and nuts.
