Chocolate Keto Ganache
This chocolate ganache is very rich in chocolate an makes a great topping for cakes, ice cream, and cupcakes.
It is clean keto and has no added sweeteners.
For a thinner ganache, use 8 oz heavy cream to 4 oz chocolate.
Since I put this on sweet cakes, I do not add any sweeteners, but you can if you want something a little sweeter.
If you do add sweetener, I would recommend a liquid or powdered sweetener.
Chocolate Keto Ganache
This is a very decadent, intense chocolate ganache. It is clean keto with no added sweeteners.

Ingredients
- 4 oz chocolate 125 grams
- 1 cup heavy cream 250 grams
Instructions
- Place heavy cream in a sauce pan and heat until bubbles form - do not boil
- Chop chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl
- When cream has been heated, pour over chocolate pieces
- Wait 5 minutes then stir
- Use right away - or wait for it to cool a bit and it will be thicker
