Crustless Keto Crab Pie
I have always loved this crab pie – I used to make it pre-keto but used a regular pie crust.
Since I so not like any keto pie crusts, I now make this crustless. I sometimes make a double recipe and just make 1 pie.
Since we try not to eat much dairy, I cut the cheese in half and double the crab.
It is our traditional Christmas Eve dinner – absolutely delicious.
I got the original recipe from my sister.
Crustless Keto Crab Pie
This crab pie is absolutely amazing. It is nut free, grain free, gluten free, and wheat free.

Ingredients
- 8 oz crab meat
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 3 TBS mayo
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup chopped scallions
- 2 eggs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together
- Place in 9 inch pie pan
- Heat oven to 350 F
- Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly , and serve
Notes

I usually use either sheep or goat cheese when making this

Can’t wait to try this – I am going to make now and I’m glad that you stipulated that you do not like any of the Keto pie crust since that is the direcitons I was originally going to take.
