Crustless Keto Crab Pie

I have always loved this crab pie – I used to  make it pre-keto but used a regular pie crust.

Since I so not like any keto pie crusts, I now make this crustless.  I sometimes make a double recipe and just make 1 pie.

Since we try not to eat much dairy, I cut the cheese in half and double the crab.

It is our traditional Christmas Eve dinner – absolutely delicious.

I got the original recipe from my sister.

Crustless Keto Crab Pie

This crab pie is absolutely amazing. It is nut free, grain free, gluten free, and wheat free.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz crab meat
  • 8 oz shredded cheese
  • 3 TBS mayo
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped scallions
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together
  • Place in 9 inch pie pan
  • Heat oven to 350 F
  • Place in oven and bake for 45 minutes
  • Remove from oven, let cool slightly , and serve

Notes

Since we try not to eat dairy, I will cut the cheese in half and double the crab meat.
I usually use either sheep or goat cheese when making this
