Ingredients
- 1 TBS cocao powder
- 1 TBS powdered xylitol or any keto approved sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 TBS mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp egg white powder
- 1/8 tsp gelatin
Instructions
- Add all ingredients in a microwave safe mug
- Mix well until all ingredients are incorporated
- Microwave for 1 minute
- Let it cool a bit because it will be very hot
- Enjoy!
