Ingredients

  • 4 oz can of sardines or mackerel drained
  • Mustard or Mustard BBQ sauce, or Vinegar BBQ sauce can use just apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a small bowl
  • Combine as you would tuna salad

Notes

I use canned sardines or mackerel that is skinless and boneless
