Keto Shrimp Dip
I used to make this shrimp dip all the time – about 20 years ago.
I was looking through my old recipes to see if there were any I could ‘ketofy’ when I came upon this recipe.
I made it the other day – with all clean keto ingredients and it was amazing.
I am so glad I rediscovered it.
It is great with cucumbers, pork rinds, and PSMF Focaccia!
Keto Shrimp Dip
This is a keto version of a shrimp dip I used to make years ago. It is made with all clean keto ingredients and tastes amazing. Great with cucumber slice, pork rinds, and my PSMF Focaccia
Ingredients
- 3 oz baby shrimp
- 2 TBS keto ketchup see my recipe in notes
- 120 grams mayo about 1/2 cup see my recipe in notes
- 1 tsp minced onion flakes can use diced onion
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except shrimp
- Mix well, or use a hand mixer to blend
- Add shrimp
- Enjoy with cucumber slices, celery, pork rinds, or PSMF Focaccia bread
I make a similar dip using my home smoked salmon. Delicious
