Keto Crumble Topping

This topping is great to top pies with.

It can be nut free by eliminating the nuts

Here it is shown as a topping for my Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Crumble Topping

25 grams xylitol (or sweetener of your choice)

46 grams pork rind flour

26 grams melted coconut oil (or butter or olive oil)

1 ounce chopped walnuts or pecans – omit if nut free

combine all ingredients in a small bowl.

Sprinkle on to of pies or anything you want a crumble topping for.
