Keto Cinnamon Bread with Whole Eggs
I love my PSMF Cinnamon Bread made with egg whites, but I decided to make a loaf with whole eggs for non-PSMF days.
It is a little richer and works well in my Keto Bread Pudding!

This clean Keto Cinnamon Bread is similar to the Egg White PSMF Cinnamon Bread, but is made with the whole eggs and not just the whites. It is a little richer and perfect for the non-PSMF days. It makes a great Keto Bread Pudding.

Ingredients
- 6 eggs separated
- 27 grams egg white powder
- 1/2 tsp gelatin
- 1 tsp cinnamon or to taste
- liquid stevia
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat egg whites, egg white powder, cinnamon, gelatin, and stevia until stiff peaks form
- In a separate bowl, lightly beat egg yolks
- Fold egg yolks into egg white mixture
- Pour into bread pan
- Bake at 325 F for 30 minutes
- Turn oven off and let loaf sit in oven for 30 minutes
- Remove and let cool
- It is best if refrigerated for a day
- Slice and enjoy!
