I love the fall and the Pumpkin time of year!
It is the time for Pumpkin Spice Lattes but without all the sugar.
This is clean keto / low carb and tastes amazing!
Dairy Free Pumpkin Spice Creamer
This Pumpkin Spice Creamer is dairy and sugar free so you can enjoy you Pumpkin Spice Latte and stay clean keto!
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 15 oz coconut milk
- 60 grams pumpkin 1/4 cup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- stevia to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender
- Blend well to make sure all ingredients are incorporated
- Use 1-2 TBS for each cup of coffee or tea
- Store in mason jar in the refrigerator

I would suggest not sweetening so everyone can sweeten their own cup of coffee or tea as they like it.
