Dairy Free Keto Onion Dip
I always love onion dip.
Since I am pretty much dairy free, I had to come up with alternative that was both dairy free and keto.
This is very easy to make and often I have this for my lunch and use plain pork rinds to dip with.
You can adjust the amount of onion and lemon juice to suit you taste buds.
Cayenne pepper can also be added if you like it a little spicy.
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
I use pork rinds to dip into this.

This is a dairy free keto option for onion dip

Ingredients
- 1 cip mayonaise
- 1 TBS dried onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
- Let sit in refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- Enjoy by dipping with plain pork rinds, cucumber slices, or pepperoni chips.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of onion flakes and lemon juice to suite your taste.
To make it a little spicy, add cayenne pepper
